"To the best of my ability, I agree to provide my patients convenient, affordable and mainstream chiropractic care. I will not use unnecessary long-term treatment plans and/or therapies." -Dr. Adam W. Roussel, ChiroTrust Doctor

We are Destrehan, LA's and the River Parishes' premier chiropractic pain relief center. We have helped many patients get out of pain and discomfort using a short-term, comprehensive, individualized approach without the use of risky drugs or irreversible surgery. Destrehan chiropractor, Dr. Adam Roussel, is an expert in treating back and neck pain, as well as soft tissue injuries arising from acute and chronic conditions. Our Destrehan chiropractic office is proud to be able to serve the citizens of the River Parishes and the surrounding communities such as Destrehan, LaPlace, Kenner, Metairie, New Orleans, Luling, Hahnville, Ama, St. Rose, Norco and New Sarpy.

"I have been experiencing severe lower back pain for a few months that has been keeping me up at night, not allowing me to get restful sleep. After my first visit last Thursday with Dr. Roussel, I not only slept through the night like a baby, but I was also able to experience the outdoors over the weekend on a camping trip pain-free. I had to stay late at the office on Friday before leaving to catch up on paperwork, and I was able to sit at my desk for a long while without the nagging pain in my lower back. The chiropractic treatment that he is performing on my lower back is life-changing." -Justin S. (Laplace)

  • An Apple a Day . . .
